CEU Philosophy is ranked 37th in the world according to the 2020 QS World University Rankings by Subject

CEU's global reputation for excellence is confirmed by CEU's performance in the 2020 QS World University Rankings by Subject, with two subjects in the top 50 universities worldwide, three more in the top 50-100, and an additional two in the top 200.

Philosophy received one of the highest ranks, no. 37 in the world (up from 44 in last year's rankings), toping all other philosophy departments in Austria-Hungary.
