The two inspirations for my PhD project are, first, my passion for music, and second, my interest in the philosophy of perception. Naturally, my study is an attempt to elucidate concepts surrounding sound and the nature of auditory experience. Besides my project, I am also generally interested in various issues in the philosophy of language and mind, the history of analytic philosophy, and, last but not least, Wittgenstein.
