Nenad was affiliated with CEU for more than 20 years, first as the director of the Philosophy Doctoral Support program, then, following the establishment of the Department of Philosophy in 2000, as a visiting professor. Nenad was a larger-than-life figure with an entirely unique intellect. He had an astonishing breadth of knowledge, in analytic as well as continental philosophy, as well as in history, politics, natural science and many other things.
