Maarten van Doorn

For my doctorate in philosophy, I do research in metaethics. I attempt to address questions about the general nature of values, and about what it means for something to be valuable.

I also blog about the constitution of knowledge: how does each of us come to accept something as true, and how do societies come to some kind of public understanding about truth?
